Cinnamon rolls

(I put mine in the bread machine on dough setting) In mixer bowl combine 2 cups flour and 1 package active dry yeast. Heat 1 cup milk, 1/3 cup sugar, 1/3 cup butter and 1 teaspoon salt til warm. (115 to 120 degrees) Stir constantly and add to flour mixture: add 2 eggs. Beat at low speed of mixer for 1/2 minute. Beat 3 minutes at high speed. Stir in as much of 2 to 2 and 1/2 cups flour as you can mix in with a spoon. On a floured surface, knead in enough remaining flour as you can to make a moderately stiff dough that is smooth and elastic. ( 6 to 8 minutes). Shape into a ball in greased bowl, turn once. Cover, let rise until double ( about 1 hour). Punch down divide in half. Cover, let rest 10 minutes. Roll one half into a 12 x 8 inch rectangle. Spread melted butter over dough. Combine 1/2 cup sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon. Sprinkle over dough. Add as many raisins or red hots as you like. Roll up jelly roll style beginning at long side. Seal. Slice into 12 rolls. Place in greased 9 x 1 and 1/2 inch round pan. Repeat with other half of dough. Cover and let rise until double about one half hour. bake in 350 degree oven 20 to 25 minutes. Cool slightly and remove from pans.

Michelle's easy pancakes

Using a 4 cup measuring cup, add 1 cup milk in it. Then add 2 teaspoons baking powder to the milk. Next beat in one egg until well blended. Add 1 teaspoon salt and mix. Add a little cinnamon. Last, add in 1 and 1/2 cup of flour mixing just until blended. Lumps are okay! Make sure your griddle is hot before you make your pancakes! I use 3 large tablespoons of mix per pancake. Cook until you have bubbles, flip and cook a couple minutes more! Makes about 8 cakes! Enjoy!
