Sunday trip!

Jack and I drove out and I mean WAY out in the country to visit a historic Osage Native American village site. It was a great outing but the walk up that hill about did these old birds in! LOL! Katie loved every minute of it and was very busy chasing grasshoppers. I managed to find a blackberry bramble with my arm. Ouch! I do think it jumped out at me! I hope you enjoy the little tour!

Hi, Michelle. What a nice trip...except for those blackberries. They are all over in the hedge rows!

Please pray for us this weekend as we attend our diocesan convention and take a step to leave the national Episcopal church, to walk with God in His way, not the way of the world. Our bishop has been vilified by the national media, for keeping to the path of righteousness. He is such a good man.

Anyway,we will be all over the media this weekend. I just pray nothing gets physical.

Love you guys!

thanks for your prayers they have made all the difference. when i talked to melinda i said do you know michelle? oh please ask her to pray! God heard. Aside from this dreaded cast confinement, pain is minimal. My hair has been a challenge and typing! Doing well and enjoyed seeing photos of your trip. I hurt my right hand so I cant bend my arm or lift the camera to take pictures!!!! And Christmas is coming! lol hugs and love!!

Hi Michelle,
Great slide show! Isn't it fun to visit historical places and get a sense of what their life may have been like.
Blackberries grown like weeds along the trails here, so I know what you mean. Ow!!

Nice job on your slide show...I love the curtain like effect of it.

I love all things Native American...I am a decendant of a Cherokee great great grandmother that met and married a soldier on the Trail of Tears.

Thanks for sharing your trip!
