Sunday happenings!

Look at this glorious sunset! The clouds are starting to come in. We are under a winter weather warning for ice and snow tomorrow. Oh joy! Just as long as we don't lose power and no one is injured or killed!
I have made some progress on Ruth this week. Been crocheting also. I rummaged through all my yarn and managed to come up with enough yarn and a good pattern for making a new quilt based bedspread for the bedroom. I will be doing it in a deep red, off white, and an ombre called painted desert. I will post a picture later. Here is where you can see the pattern
THE HAPPY YELLOW HOUSE.
Jack is nearly done with his wall quilt and so that is why no picture right now. I will post one when he finishes up this week.
So that is all that is going on here. The birds and squirrels know weather is coming in I think as they have been on a feeding frenzy today. Stay safe and God bless all!

That is going to be such a lovely piece - are you going to frame it and hang it in your house?

Beautiful sunset. Dreary and cold here today, but who can complain....it's winter and we have it easy compared to so many.

Your progress on the stitching is great. It will be so beautiful in a frame.

I hope that you are safe and warm during the storm...if it is ice. I will keep you and Jack in my prayers.

May you have a restful, warm and safe nights sleep.

Love to you,
Angela

I put out fresh suet and the woodpeckers were attacking it like there was no tomorrow. It's cold again. Stay warm!
