Hello again!

Sylvia Sillies

Checking out the new carrier!

Mr. Fishy attack!

Napping tonight after being pretty sick.  She is doing better now.

Sporting a stylish decoration!

She felt well enough tonight to watch kittens on tv with us.

Cross Stitch

I got all but the bottom portion of the banding done on Guardian Angel.  And a little tan on the center portion of her dress.

Thanks for visiting.  I am not sure there will be many, if any, posts before the move.  Neither are much feeling like cross stitching after prep work for the move on the ninth.  Blessings and huggles.

Sewing away amid moving prep!

Sylvia Sillies

We had a visit today from a dear friend who brought us a gift bag and Sylvia a toy dog.  Tonight she was thrashing that poor thing to pieces!

Earlier in the day sunning.

Cross Stitch

I am zooming away on the green band where my needle is.  Trying to get as much done as I can before I have to put it away for the move.

Here is Jack’s project.  I do believe the little turtle here will be very cute!  It is so amazing how much even simple outlining adds to a project.

I want to thank the anonymous person from Louisiana for the dear, sweet comment.  It surely meant a lot to myself and my hubby.  Blessings and huggles!

Actually cross stitching this week!

Sylvia sillies

How can she be comfortable?

B-I-G stretch!

Cross Stitch

It seems I haven’t done much, however I had a big old problem and had to tear out quite a bit.  So much of my time was spent fixing that!

Jack is now finished with the cross stitch and is outlining.  Let me tell you it is going to be all that more adorable with the outlines!

Short post I know but we had to shop today and tomorrow we are preparing for another trip to Siloam Springs on business.  Anyway, huggles and blessings.

Time For A Post!

Sunset tonight at our house.  Very lovely with the streaky clouds I thought.

Sylvia Sillies

And as always our silly, sleepy girl!

Cross Stitch

A close up of the area I am working on on my angel.  Green, green and did I say green?

Jack is oh so close to starting the outlining on his baby quilt.   I love looking at the cute little animals.

So there you have it.  Things may be a bit far and few between until we move but don’t give up on me.  Huggles and blessings.

Afghan finish and cross stitching

Sylvia Sillies

Using a mouse as a chinrest tonight.

Lately, the back of the loveseat is oh so nice.

Falling asleep sitting up.

Crafty Stuff

My beloved modeling the finished afghan.  He is not feeling well tonight with the pain in his legs.

My angel as she looks tonight.  I am working in the lower left corner right now.

Short visit I know but we have been trying to get things packed as much as we can.  Not that we have a lot to pack anymore.  I was asked by Lisa about us missing our little house.  We will miss it as we have always loved it.  However, sometimes hard decisions have to be made and this is one.  We do not have the money for everything that needs done and our health is getting worse slowing us to a crawl.  Because of the money, we were without hot water for nearly a month until an agency came in and replaced the hot water tank and a pipe that carried hot water.  They also reworked our front door and a few other things we couldn’t get done.  I am looking forward to this change in my life especially knowing it will not cause extra pain for Jack.

Blessings and huggles.

I’m back! Our internet was down.

Sylvia Sillies

Just being Sylvia!

Siloam Springs, AR

We traveled to Arkansas today.  We will be moving to the small town of Siloam Springs in January.  Some pictures of downtown Siloam Springs, AR and the park there.  Would you live in one of the houses high on the bluffs?

Cross Stitching

Jack is close to finishing the cross stitch part, then it will be on to the outlining.

I am nearly done!  Actually it is finished now and I will show it to you next post.

Hope you enjoyed the post!  Blessings and huggles.
