So much going on here!

My birthday was this past Monday so today we went out for lunch at our favorite place, went to hobby lobby and on to wal mart since I forgot laundry soap and then we had a blizzard for a little treat.  We are both bushed now but it was fun.  Lots of crafting going on to.
We ate at a place called The Wooden Spoon in Gentry AR.  The building is an 1800's horse barn lovingly disassembled and reassembled and turned into a restaurant.  Today we had grilled burgers with bacon and cheese, potato salad and peach tea.  I could not finish mine at all!

Love the front porch here and all the flowers and such.

We were blessed with off and on rain all afternoon.  It was really good to see too!

I pulled up to the mailbox for Jack to get the mail and thought I would show you the mountains south of us.

These are the mountains to the east of us from the hobby room.  I think I spent more time daydreaming then working on the angels!

Here are the angels I have been working on.  They are ready to be sent off to their home!

The Cardinals got plenty of work done on them and today I am now working on the lower part of the chart.  Jack's afghan had the third row finished and three or four squares of the fourth row added as well.

I wanted you to see the progress on the hobby room.  I BIG change for sure!

Sylvia Joy got a couple new toys today!  Spoiled thing!

I forgot to take pictures, but Jack bought a model of the ship Arizona that was lost in WWII and I got some yarn on clearance for a little over a dollar that was normally almost four dollars.  A good day but we are beat!  Blessings and huggles.

That restaurant looks adorable! I love your view and of course it would be so fun to have that craft room - it looks GREAT. Fun, fun day I'd say.

I've been following you more on FB lately but I had to comment here today. I really enjoyed this post. Your photos of the restaurant and glimpses of the street beyond were charming. Posts like this make me wish that I could live on the road, travel from place to place and just explore . . . and of course, visit all my blog friends.

Happy Birthday:) Your meal looked good...the glass of tea called to me big time. Your mountain view is so pretty. I wish there were mountains or hills closer to me...but I am happy with what I have..but mountains would be grand. Your angels look so nice. How long does it take to make one? Your hobby room is so nice and organized with plenty of space. Sylvia needs to be spoiled...she is such a cutie. I fear we are over spoiling our Lucy...it sure hard not to.
