Nearly finished!

Well here I am after another long stretch.  I seem to be really bad at blogging lately.  Anyway, the Names of Jesus piece is nearly done now.  I could finish it up this weekend if I try hard.

And I have gotten some done on my little sampler too.

Now for a pretty sunset picture I took tonight.  It was a stunning one after a lovely night and day of rain.

Jack and I needed some barstools.  We wanted two down here at the counter and one for Jack upstairs.  It can be hard to find 24 inch ones but we got these three for a wonderful price.  Someone had tried to make padded stools using plywood and vinyl.  Big time failure!  The plywood digs into your legs and it is just ugly so they will be redone soon.

Our little silly Sylvia just hanging out on her tree.

Blessings and huggles and thanks for visiting!

Lovely progress on your stitching and a beautiful sunset.
Sylvia is always gorgeous and I'm keen to see what you do with the stools.
Hope you have a good weekend (:

I love your names of Jesus. Would you consider selling your pattern. I would love to do that one for church. You are so talented. Sorry I went of the grid a while. My daddy passed away June 14th

Love the bright colors in the sampler you are doing. You're such a stitching inspiration, I always love looking at your work. I plan on doing the names of Jesus piece in black and shades of gray on white Ada hoping that it will turn out well. Blessings to you Jack and Miss Sylvia too.
