Cross stitch and angels and kitties

I crocheted so much that I am taking a break due to my wrist hurting.  However, I am cross stitching on the Rosewood Manor piece. Not a lot done but a little.

I have been crocheting on my bedspread and I am starting on making some angels as well.
We had a visitor today.  Little Isis or Icey as Jack and I call her came for some love and a few treats too! She is a sweet kitty!
And here is Miss Sylvia Joy who wishes to show you her most awesome tummy and tummy heart.

Did you see the super moon/eclipse/blood moon sunday?  My camera doesn't take the best pictures anymore but I want to share with you. Let's start with a glorious sunset Sunday.

Plenty of stitching here!

I have a couple finishes this week.  First the wrap for a friend is all done.  Turned out pretty good.
And my snood is done.  Not the best pictures and I look about as tired as I felt.

Now I am doing a baby blanket with that pink yarn and working on my bedspread.  I need to make three snoods for others but must wait until I can get to Hobby Lobby for the thread.
A very reflective Sylvia Joy.
And doing window watching.
And maxing as always.

Fun stitchy weekend.

I started out cross stitching and have gotten to this point on my rosewood manor piece.

Then Jack and I tackled the "yarn monster" Took and hour and a half to wind it into two balls.
Today I crochet on the shawl.  I am nearly done with it and have only about six or seven rows to go.
Tonght I decided to work on my snood. I am getting close to the end on it.

And we can't leave without this picture of Sylvia getting lovein's from dad.

Where did the week go?

It has been a busy week!  Tuesday was shopping for groceries in the morning and in the doctor's office most of the afternoon for Jack's hand.  Then Wednesday was errands and cleaning the house Thursday.  I was about to tired to do much of any stitching or crocheting. But I have been pretty busy today.  Did a little bit on my Rosewood Manor piece.

And I have been working on a prayer shawl for a friend.
Last night I went out to take a picture of shy white kitty doing this....
And next thing I know here comes not shy white kitty! Sorry for the blurry pics!  Those two look a lot alike but they are so different!
Here is our not so fearless hunter watching a beetle.  Yep, she is just a watcher.
And yet another battle of the yarn.  She will poke it under the coffee table and then fish it out again!

We did have some lovely evenings of sunsets and peeks of the moon too.

And we had a grasshopper visitor.
Saw a pretty leaf too!
So thanks for visiting.  Huggles and blessings.

SAL and other fun things.

I have gotten almost as far as I can on my SAL.  I will finish it up when the last 2 bits arrive.
And I have worked some tonight on my Rosewood Manor piece. I need to replenish some colors before I go further.

In the crochet side, I have reached the halfway point on the top of the bedspread.  It will look better once blocked but I am pleased with it.

Also, I bought a pattern for a snood.  It is fairly easy and not many rows.
And just look at the shawl!  Made some progress there also.
Had a lovely sunset this week.  I really enjoy sunsets!

Time for pictures of our silly cat!  Taking care of dad and defending us against the evil toys! And what we call the breakfast club!
