Little Update

I am going to be absent from posting any meaningful blogs for a couple days. Jack and I have been trying hard to finish up the second bedroom or den as we call it. Everything is painted except for a bit of the trim around the closet and main door. The inside of the closet needs painted but that will take some time as it needs a lot of work to get it ready. And poor Jack with the pain he has in his feet can not do much and not everyday either. He does good doing as much as he does do. We need now to give everything a good cleaning, new outlets and switches in a nice white color, hang curtains and pictures and place furniture. So I will see you all this weekend with all the news that is fit to print. LOL!

Praying for Jack and you, my sweet friend. Do take care and try not to over-strain. God bless!

Can't wait to see how the room turns out. Don't work too hard and be sure to take some rest breaks yourself.

Hope things go well and just as you want it to with no hidden troubles.

Praying.

I can't wait to see it. Ya'll take it easy in this heat.Get Jack a rolling chair. He can then roll up to the closet and work while sitting down.Every little bit helps.Tape a paint brush to a roller handle and he can do trim work sitting down.LOL.
I have cheated a time or two after surgery, using a rolling chair.
God bless and take care, Donna

Hey, you guys take it easy. If it's as hot there as it is here, drink loads of water!!

Ah, home improvements.

We're going to spend Mulletman's Sept. vacation time painting the exterior of our very large house.

I hate painting.

Oh well, I'm sure I'll appreciate how lovely it will be when we are finished, right? AND I will work cheerfully, with a smile, right?

Right. God is good and He will be my strength!

Show us pics when your den is done!

Hi Michelle,
Sounds like you and Jack have so much to do. I know that busy feeling as I've had almost no computer time this week! Hopefully next week will be more "normal"
