Jack is getting so close to finishing his wolf project. He says it has been fun but he is ready to move on.
I have been making bracelets for someone and thought this would be a cute button for the kids one. I will also uses flowers and bees.
I love beads and I thought these ones for the angels were pretty all missed together.
Here are some half finished angels.
And I finished my shawl today! Now I will be toasty warm this winter!
Here is our miss Sylvia Joy!
Thanks for visiting. Blessings and huggles!

Cross Stitch? Yes, please
I finally finished up all those potholders and would happily do it again! It never gets old! Here is the box full.
I also am doing bracelets for someone and enjoying them as well. The black ones are not so easy as I can't see it well.
And I did pick up my Rose Sampler and enjoyed some time with it. This the last bit of it, three pages along the bottom.
And I also managed this last week to cut out and assemble a loose fitting jumper from some fabric given to me.
I don't know if you like fog, but I love it and we had a wonderful foggy day this week.
There is also little peeks of fall color around here as the temps have been cool.
We had a noisy visitor too this past week. I am pretty certain it is a killdeer.
I thought you might like to see our little craft room. It is upstairs and has a lovely view of the mountain a short distance away and is pretty peaceful too.
This past week has had some beautiful clouds and sunsets.
Now for a Sylvia Joy fix! I thought I would finish up my shawl, but Sylvia turned it into a kitty cozy.
And just chillin' out!

I can see the end!
I am three potholders away from finishing an order and then one small one to go! I love doing it but I am itching to finish up some stitching! Here are the potholders I have done lately.
We took some items to a place called the Compassion Center, a thrift store run by a church and came home with this cute little mirror. Some cleaning and a new coat of stain and a bit of repaor and it will be good to go.
Wednesday night was quite fun! A couple who lives not far from us and who we met on facebook came to visit. I fell in love with their 17 month old daughter Abigail and even got a kiss from her! Her parents are Michael and Elizabeth and they are so precious! They even brought a huge bag of fabric and I will donate some of it to a friend who makes items for charity.
And lastly here is our silly Sylvia!

Hello on a cool fall day!
Hold on folks this is gonna be a big post! I have been crocheting away since last we talked and here are some of the results. A very large and bright potholder.
A smaller purple one.
And lots and lots of pot holders with more to come!
My winter shawl is coming along nicely to.
Made an infinity scarf for a friend. It is a really quick and easy pattern and I love the warn which was a gift from a dear couple. I am doing one in blue next.
Now for the tale of two knitting boards. The first is one Jack got in the early 1980's made with wood and cotter pins by a rancher in Kansas. It has served him well but is limited in what you can do and if you make hats, you have to sew a seam.
This is his new knitting board or loom. You can adjust it in such a way that you can make socks, hats, scarves, blankets, etc. I want to get him the largest size some day as well.
Well, we had storms again off and on this week. Here is the sunset from a couple days ago as they were moving in.
And now we mustn't forget her Sylvianess!
And a couple weeks ago I was asked if I ever had trouble learning a new stitch. Some do take a bit to learn with doing and redoing and studying on it. The biggest thing I have an issue with at times is directions. Sometimes with the memory issues I have I can really confuse myself! LOL!
