Plenty of crochet to share with you. Finished up the crochet on a chair cushion and need only do the stuffing part. Gold on one side and teal on the other.
And some work on the tablecloth too.
And lots of progress on the bedspread too!
Jack has been working on pillowcases. I just love them! Good thing he likes satin stitching!
A sweet friend named Bobbi (the one I made the capes for) sent this blessing of a very HUGE amount of ribbon and a few other things. I shall never need ribbon again~
And I am closing in on finishing the coffee table. I have one panel to do and a couple skirt boards and the bottom inside. I need some polyurethane on the top yet also.
And Miss Sylvia Joy has milk on her chin! Rarely I do let her have a tiny taste of milk.
Beating up a toy today also!
Thanks for visiting. Huggles and blessings.

Plenty of Crochet!
Well now let's see. What have I been up to? well, I put the buttons on a cape for a friend and got it mailed. Good timing to as she just got home from the hospital. I hope it will cheer her.
I also managed to finish the last row of a rug I started on in December of last year. Right before Jack got down with his leg and I got ill.
Also doing some rows on a very time consuming doily. It is done all in single crochet and chain stitch so is nearly 100 rows although it is not huge. It will need some serious blocking when done. I have less than 20 rows to go but they take some time to do.
My beloved Jack asked for another bedspread in a nine patch when he saw the pattern with a dishcloth I made for someone. He chose the colors and I really love the cheery flavor of it.
We also found the perfect knobs for a little table I recently refinished. So glad the fish knob that was on it is gone.
It has been very hot here of late, and Sylvia has spent much of her time being silly and sleeping.

Busy and fun week
Monday for our anniversary we took a pleasant country drive to Gentry Arkansas a short distance away. We ate at a wonderful lace called The Wooden Spoon. we had peach ice tea, coleslaw and a great club sandwich.
With all the rain we have been having here the flowers at the restaurant were gorgeous. Here are just a few.
On the way home we pass thru the small community of Cave Springs and Jack's favorite old fashion hardware store. He found a rocker he quite enjoyed!
Of course we couldn't leave without some love from Tank the corgi!
Today was spent in the hobby room after I spent some time staining another piece of furniture. Today I stiffened flags and will add the stars Thursday. I also stiffened snowman noses. Only a few need their fringe on scarves and the hanger on their hats
Sylvia Joy was supervising from under my desk.
This evening I worked on bunnies. I am getting close to finishing this order and hope to have it out by month end.
Thanks for visiting huggles and blessings.

Until Tomorrow!
A new mouse is due to arrive tomorrow as the old one was dropped and is quite a problem. Makes writing a blog post impossible so I will see you tomorrow or Tuesday with a post. Monday is our anniversary and we are going to our favorite restaurant for lunch,
