I was going to post Friday but I am sick yet again! Round number three! Jack is just getting over his third round. Missed church today too as I do not want to share this but onto the fun stuff! Last weekend on the Sunday ME day, I played with my loom. Making a cover for my kindle.
This Sunday for my ME day I am working on a shawl.
The angels are finished and will be mailed out this week. Now I am working on a tablecover for another friend. It will be around 36 inches in diameter. I have two more to make for others and one for me.
That is about all I have managed. Here is Sylvia having a case of the sillies this last week.
And the cold weather today called for a nap!
Thanks for visiting. huggles and blessings.

You do such pretty work. It looks like you are having fun with your new loom, too. I'm with the kitty on cold weather and napping... it just feels so good. Hope you both are feeling better and have a good week!
I hope you are feeling better soon, these bugs are hanging on this time. Love your crochet, I've got my hook out, nothing as grand as you make, but it is enjoyable to work with wool.
hope you are feeling better soon. Flu bug went through all the grandchildren, and two got to have double ear infections too, thankfully after a week and half all of them are feeling much better. I am not sure how I avoided getting it!
Take care of yourselves, lots of rest and fluids.

Sorry you all keep getting sick. That's such a bummer. So much fun with your loom! Love your crochet too. Hi Sylvia!
I love what you did with the loom.
Hope you get well soon 😉 have a good weekend.
Aw, thank you for the compliment! That loom is seriously addicting!
Feeling a lot better! No need to be grand when crocheting, the fun is what it is all about!
Oh so sorry about the grands! Yes, lots of rest and water! Oh and kleenex too! LOL!
Hope you are both feeling better and that you stay that way! Would you mind, if you haven't already done so, explaining why you both joined the Orthodox church? That totally through me off guard. I read a couple of Orthodox blogs and have several books but don't think it is where I belong. May God bless you both!

I refuse to be sick again! LOL! Praying it is the last time this winter.
Much better now thank you! Had a great weekend!
We are feeling much better! I am happy to explain joining the Orthodox church. Jack and I have felt the churches we were attending was always lacking in something. Not sure what but we knew something was missing. Like you, I have read quite a bit on the Orthodox church and was not sure I would like it. However, after one service I felt this might just be the place! You can not join right away, the Priest visits with you, answers questions, and makes sure it is a right fit. Took us about four months. It is hard to put into words the feeling of the Divine Liturgy every Sunday. So reverent and focused on God!
Prayers for you both to heal up soon!
Thank you for explaining, Michelle. I have been to a Divine Liturgy and you are right about it being reverent and focused on God. Maybe I should visit one again to see if I should talk to a Priest. In the meantime, take care of yourselves and may you grow closer to God through the Orthodox church.
