Jack's turtle is looking great...though a head is always a good thing :) I wish my hubby would stitch with me. :)
Oh Michelle...Your bluebird sampler is gorgeous...the colors of the floss are so perfect against the dyed fabric, and I just love the lettering on both the alphabet and the saying. I am a firm believer that you just know when it's time for a break, it's almost like your WIP tells you...I've even had ones that just don't want to be stitched and they let me know too with frequent frogging and breaking floss, LOL.
Now...that crocheting is beyond amazing! I am just breath taken by your talent, dear friend, you amaze me. :)
Sylvia is looking nicely relaxed, herself, I assume this is her daytime nap after lots of love and breakfast with Jack :)
Stay cool
Hugs

I always love seeing the projects you're working on, being a fellow cross-stitcher, but those doilies are BEAUTIFUL!! You alwayyyys have the cutest color palettes in the things you're working on and those are no exception. And of course the Sylvia pics never cease to crack me up. :)
The turtle just has his head tucked in his shell :) Do you have any rule of thumb as to where you begin your stitching? Does it matter? That second picture of Sylvia is cute.I just love cats...♥
Love the colors in the turtle. Is the bluebird sampler on the fabric that you tea dyed? And, oh, Miss Sylvia Joy, could you get more comfy?
