Wintery Weather Stitching

First to answer a question about Sylvia.  I was asked how she got her name.  The shelter had named her Sylvia and since we adopted her on my late mother's birthday (November 18) we decided to give her the second name of Joy which was my mother's name.  Now you all know!

I got busy on my Winter's Song piece!  It is coming along nicely.

I also started another crochet piece.  This will be large enough to cover most or all of my dining table.

Jack has even been able to cross stitch a bit and is working on his quilt pieces.  Often his legs cause him to much pain to cross stitch any more so model building has become his greater hobby.

Does anyone know this furry little house ape?  Look at those eyes!  Sylvia tickles me!

Here is our girl last night getting some Dad love!

Wednesday we had beautiful snow which was wonderful to watch and enjoy!

Wednesday night we had thunderstorms and Thursday was full of sleet and rain!

Thanks for visiting!  Blessings and huggles.

Your days always seem so peaceful and productive. Projects, kitty playtime, watching snowflakes fall - I'd be feeling very content.

With that kind of weather you can get a lot of stitching done while staying warm and dry. You and Jack both have done some beautiful work.

yuk on the weather...but it is pretty. Sylvia's body language shows she is content and happy and knows she is queen of the house. I bet she likes he new window view. As always impressed with your needlework.

I am so sorry Jack's legs are grieving him. He is talented with the cross stitch. Perhaps you can post some photos of his models?

Love to all and a special hug to Her Royal Catness.
