A bit of progress!

Look at the poor sleepy hound! Actually she has been a sick girl and had to go to the vet monday! She has an ear infection and is on antibiotics for 3 weeks and will finish her steriods tomorrow. Her poor ear was so swollen and red they had to give her the steriods to help with that. Today she is feeling sassy and bright eyed and full of herself!

I did manage to get a bit done on my project. Slow going though! It has been one of those weeks! Lots of appointments and getting ready for a trip. We are going to move to Fort Scott Kansas in April so we have to go see our new home we are renting. Can you believe the landlord is holding it until then? We need to move as the rent is going up here and we can't afford it! Fort Scott was the closest we could find for decent rent we could afford. It is about 150 miles from here and is my old stomping grounds. My home town is just a short drive away in Missouri.

Aww poor Katie. I'm glad she's starting to feel better. Good luck with getting ready for impending move. That's awesome that the landlord will the house for you for that long. What's the name of the project you are currently working on? It looks like it's going to be pretty big.

Poor puppy! Ear aches are not any fun.
We'll be praying for your move.

I came over from Pea's to invite you to come and read about our journey through anorexia from my vantage point as the mom and my daughter's as the victim.

I'm so glad to hear that Katie is feeling better. Good luck with the moving, it can be such a trying time, but take it easy with your packing and it'll be done before you know it. Hope you love the house when you see it in April. ^.^

Poor little Katie-Bug...hopefully she'll be 100% real soon! I know how much an ear infection hurts and I imagine it's just as bad for animals!! Hugs xox

You did a great job dying your own fabric. That pattern is going to look good on it. Katie is too funny and pictures of her always make me smile. I hope your move goes well.

Awww...Katie looks so comfy in her covers, it makes me want to join her in a snuggle! I love the coffee dye fabric--I'd have been scared to try that in case I wrecked it!
