Some pictures of our trip

You can see this steeple for miles. It is about 4 or 5 stories tall located in Piqua Kansas (pronounced pick way)
Here is the front of the church. Lovely!
Jack and Steve doing dish duty!
Steve and Katie just loved each other! She couldn't get enough of him. Don't you love his houseshoes? Steve's late wife Mary gave them to him.
A little office work! Nosy Katie is of course in the middle of it all. I think she is the office manager! LOL!
This is in Iola Kansas on the square. It used to be a farm before Iola became a town. I am glad they preserved the home when they built the town! Click on the pic if you want to read the sign.
Here is the house. They were repainting when we stopped by and so it was closed so we couldn't go in. Next time we will!
The Kansas Flint Hills. Miles and miles of hilly prairie with few homes and no towns for miles! It is really dark out there at night!
The Walnut river in El Dorado Kansas. This town got it's name from the rich oil fields in the area.

So hope you enjoyed the trip! See you soon!

Thanks for coming over to visit again. Yes, I have read everything Laura ever wrote - I went through that phase. She had quite a life. Would love to visit that site sometime.

Have a wonderful Sunday of worship and praise!
