Unplanned Break!

Well this time I had no plan or reason for not posting in a few days.  But my camera charger sure did.  The same night of my last post it konked out.  so I had to way for hubby to get paid and find one I could afford.  Hopefully this one will give me 8 years of service like the old one did.

Here is where I am on the Names of Jesus piece.  Not a lot done but some.

I have also started a new piece.  It is from the October issue of Cross Country Stitching.  I am doing it on marble aida from DMC.  In case you are wondering, the cardinals have been bagged up and tucked safely in my tub.  I will leave them their until after the first of the year.  I just am tired still of working on them.

And here is our Miss Sylvia pictures.  Watching us preparing to head out the door to run errands.

Box O' Kitty!

More stair maxin'

Just hanging out last night.

Thanks for visiting!  Blessings and huggles.

Great stitching on the wip and the new start. Some project do get a little boring after a while that is why I always keep some smalls available to work on in between bigger ones.

You sure do some real pretty stitching. And, I don't blame you for putting the cardinals away for a bit, they are coming along beautifully, but it does look like a super intense piece to work on.

Miss Sylvia, she makes relaxing into a fine art!! LOL

I really like your new blog look...perfect for your artful needle crafts. I bet Sylvia loves those stairs. Did you have stairs in your other apartments? I will miss the cardinals...but the new sampler looks great. Has jack started any new projects?

Your new needle works are exquisite, especially the Names of Jesus. You had Shingles 3 times?!? I can't imagine. I'm going to get a Shingles vaccine as soon as I'm over this. Don't know if it will help but I sure hope so.
