Wandering in the yarn!

I have all the blocks done for my jacket.  Now I am doing seams and soon the hood too.  Let me tell you the story of the colors.  Often I do not have the money to buy all I need for a project so I buy a little at a time and I am sometimes blessed with gifts of yarn from friends.  I had all but one of the colors I needed and in the mail came a surprise package from my dear friend Lana with the lovely eggplant yarn!  That was quite a blessing.  The right side is the side seam.  I know it looks confusing right now but just wait!

Here is Jack rolling odd and end yarn into balls with his helper!
Yesterday Sylvia had three mice in the entryway and thos morning it was six and now it is seven.  Sylvia landmines we call it.
That watching of dad called for a nap!
Thanks for visiting.  Huggles and blessings!

Yarn is so expensive, I often pop to wool shops, but when I add up the cost, I walk away, clothes are so cheap compared. I love all Sylvia's mice, our cats do not play with toys. Happy New Year to you all xxx

Your project is turning out beautifully. Such pretty colors. I love the ways God uses others to provide our needs. He is truly a good God. Blessings

I too space out my purchases. The only place that really sells a good selection of yarn around here is Hobby Lobby so I use their daily 40% off coupon on one skein at a time, hehe. Your jacket will be lovely once completed. :D
