I was missing again but now back!

Missing in action again! Sick with yet another sinus infection! I have had one every month save June since November! I will be getting an anti-pollution mask to wear when I am out so hoping that helps. Smoke, some smells and pollen really get me!
But let us get on to the fun stuff! Since Sylvia has been in hot days hibernation I have not gotten many pictures of her so we will start with my girl first! Here she is helping mom on the computer.

She often loves a taste of coconut milk after I have my morning cereal. She then gets milk chin!

Our little squirrel friend came for a visit!

We have been blessed with more rain than usual this summer but it is so hot!

Now on to the crafty stuff! Finished up two dozen crosses for an order. Need to stiffen them!

And working on a cross tablecover for another order.

Also working on hearts for an order.

Sometimes I even take time to work on my top! It is coming along slowly but now I am working on the bodice and will soon be down to the underarm area.

Time to share some things!

I am sure you wonder where I have been. Well, I was working like a madwoman to fonosh the angels and I did it! They are heading our Friday.

So now I am working on crosses.

And finished a scarf/shoulder wrap to send out.

Also have been ironing some doilies that really needed it.

Managed also to make some fridge pickles with tomatoes.

So come take a little walk with me around the complex on my way to get the mail. Then we will finish up our visit.

Found some bargains at Hobby Lobby! I bought five spools of the crochet thread for the cost of one!

Jack got some brackets for a shelf to set my Raggedy Ann and Andy dolls on too.

Fun stuffs to share!

Well here I am! ready to share somethings. I am working on another cover up this time in thread. Just getting started. It will have pineapple patterns on the yoke and just a simple design for the main body of it.

I also am on the last row of an oversized scarf, wrap combo for a friend whose husband is not doing well.

Here are a dozen angels awaiting the fifth dozen and then off home they will go with the other three dozen.

This was my grandmother's cameo. sometime before it was given me after she passed, it broke off the bar. I am planning to incorporate the cameo into a bracelet and will figure out something with the bar.

Slow week

I have the usual pile of angels being crocheted on. And I am working on this scarf for a friend. It is pretty easy and fast as well.

And the cross doily for another friend is coming along well.

I am happy I finished up the crocodile stitches on my afghan. Now onto the star stitches!

Some Crochet and an Update

Well hello friends. I am so sorry for my long absence. Some of you may know I have been sick off and on since November. More on then off as well. I got really sick again recently and Jack said time to go to the doctor! It was time for sure! Turns out I got a sinus infection that could never fully clear as I also have cysts in my sinuses. So now I am on antibiotics and a special nasal spray. Only been three days on the antibiotics and I already and feeling so much better! Now I need to catch up with all of you.

Now onto the more fun stuff! Still working on my Rings of Change blanket some of the time. doing crocodile stitches now.

And Jack is busy with his baby blanket.

I also am making some simple cross bookmarks for a friend.

And no picture but I am also trying to finish up the 5 dozen angels for another friend. Hoping that now I am starting to feel better I will fly along again!

A Little Crochet update

I had quite the fun on my me day crocheting the huge afghan! I am at the point where some rows have 450 stitches in them. But it is so enjoyable although the going is getting slower!

Jack is working on a baby quilt for a family members great grandbaby.

Another Finish!

I finished another Names Of Jesus piece! This one is heading to it's home tomorrow. The colors are a new choice for me and I like them!

Nearly finished on the afghan as well. It will be going out next week.

And I started a new afghan for myself and my ME weekend times. It will be nearly 95 inches across and took me some time to buy up the yarn needed. It is called Rings of Change.

I found a darling little shelf sitting next to the trash the other day and brought it home. It is just perfect for clearing off the goodies on the bar area!

Our little girly squirrel visited us the other day. I think she likes to pose for pictures. She is not afraid of people and will walk along the building with me on the way to the mailbox sometimes.

This rascal was napping in the shade too the other day!
