A quilt by Jack

This is my favorite quilt that Jack has done. I believe it is called "Happy Day Angel" but don't hold me to that! it took him a while to finish but it was worth all the time. I bought it as a present for him a couple years back.
You know, it is so nice to have someone to cross stitch with. And someone who loves going to Hobby Lobby as much as I do. We just about fight for the Herrschner's catalog when it comes! LOL! That is why we are the sew n' sews. Jack started out doing long stitch crewel to strengthen his arm and shoulder after an injury. Evenually he switched over to stamped cross stitch and has been doing that every since. About 10 years or so. At least with a hubby that sews, I don't have to worry about him thinking I have to much stash. I guess the only problem we have sewing together is the rare times with both need the same floss color. Small price to pay!

What a beautiful quilt! And I think it's so great that you two sew together. LOL about fighting over the Herrschners catelog.

What a lovely quilt! I wish I could do something like it but I don't believe I have the patience!
Congratulations on the finish Jack!
